  • Sitting Postures: Bhardwajasana, Ardha Matsyendrasana, Paschimottanasana, Janusirsasana.

  • Arm Balances and Inversions.

Explore the expansion of vital life force (Prana). Study techniques such as Nadi Shodhana, Kapalabhati, Bhastrika, Ujjayi, cooling breaths (Sheetali, Sheetkari), and locks (Bandhas: Jalandhara, Mula, Uddiyana).

Comprehensive study of physical bodily systems, bone alignments, structural anatomy, injury prevention, muscle actions, and the physiology of yogic practices.

Study of Patanjali\'s Yoga Sutras, Eight Limbs of Yoga, Bhagavad Gita, the concept of Karma, Dharma, and the ethics of yoga teaching.
