Course Syllabus
Understand the difference between Yin and Yang tissues, the archetypal Yin poses, holding times, target areas, and variation techniques using props like blocks, bolsters, and straps.
Introduction to Chinese Medicine principles, meridian systems, target organs, and energy flow (Qi) during passive holds. Learn how to sequence classes based on specific organ meridians.
Learn how to instruct safe entries and exits from Yin postures, timing control, vocal cueing, and building supportive sequences for stress relief, mental recovery, and deep flexibility.
